Yes. Platforms charge guests a service fee of 10–14% on top of the room rate. By booking directly you always get the lowest available price, guaranteed.

How does the airport shuttle work?

The 24/7 airport shuttle to/from Marrakech-Menara Airport (RAK) is completely free when you book directly. Just send us your flight details and we'll handle everything.

How do I pay?

We accept bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card. A 30% deposit secures your booking and the balance is due 14 days before arrival.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refund up to 7 days before check-in. 50% refund between 3–7 days. Non-refundable within 72 hours. More flexible than platform policies.

Is the riad suitable for families?

Absolutely. 4 bedrooms plus a sofa bed accommodate families comfortably. There's a children's pool in the residence, a fully equipped kitchen, and family-friendly restaurants on site.

Is mobility / accessibility an issue?

The riad is a duplex with internal stairs across two floors, plus an outdoor staircase. Guests with specific mobility needs are strongly encouraged to contact us in advance for guidance.

Are there any guest restrictions?

Per residence policy: groups of single men from the Arab Gulf states and mixed groups of unmarried Moroccan men and women cannot be accommodated. A valid ID is required at check-in.

Can you arrange taxis and local transport?

Yes — we offer taxi services and can organise all transport. Prices depend on destination and distance, and can be arranged flexibly upon request.
